Claims (16)
1. Gel umrežene hijaluronske kiseline koji potječe od umrežavanja hijaluronske kiseline ili njezine soli u prisutnosti najmanje učinkovite količine najmanje jednog endogenog poliamina kao sredstva za umrežavanje, pri čemu se navedeno umrežavanje provodi u uvjetima povoljnim za kovalentno spajanje navedene hijaluronske kiseline i navedenog(ih) endogenog(ih) poliamina, navedeni gel ima stupanj modifikacije manji ili jednak 1%, a stupanj modifikacije je omjer između broja molova endogenog poliamina vezanog za hijaluronsku kiselinu i broja molova hijaluronske kiseline koja tvori navedeni umreženi gel.
2. Gel prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je endogeni poliamin odabran od spermidina, spermina, i njihove smjese, i još bolje spermina.
3. Gel prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se sparivanje provodi u prisutnosti najmanje jednog aktivatora i, gdje je to prikladno, u kombinaciji s najmanje jednim pomoćnim sredstvom za sparivanje, sa pri čemu se navedeni aktivator poželjno bira od karbodiimida topivih u vodi, kao što je 1-etil-3-(3-dimetilaminopropil)karbodiimid (EDC), 1-etil-3-(3- trimetilaminopropil)karbodiimid (ETC), 1-cikloheksil-3-(2-morfilinoetil)karbodiimid (CMC), kao i njihovih soli, i njihovih smjesa, a poželjno je predstavljen s EDC, i navedeno pomoćno sredstvo za sparivanje, kada je prisutno, poželjno je odabrano od N-hidroksisukcinimida (NHS), N-hidroksibenzotriazola (HOBt), 3,4-dihidro-3-hidroksi-4-okso-1,2,3-benzotriazola (HOOBt), 1-hidroksi-7-azabenzotriazola (HAt) i N-hidroksisulfosukcinimida (sulfo NHS), i njihovih smjesa, a poželjno je predstavljeno s HOBt.
4. Gel prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni gel ima stupanj modifikacije između 0.1% i 1%, i još bolje između 0.4% i 0.8%.
5. Gel prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni gel ima modul elastičnosti (G') od između 20 i 1000 Pa, poželjno između 40 Pa i 400 Pa, kombiniran s faznim kutom (δ) manjim od 45°.
6. Gel prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni gel ima poprečni presjek naprezanja veći od 100 Pa.
7. Postupak za pripravu gela umrežene hijaluronske kiseline kako je definirano u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6 koji sadrži barem korake koji se sastoje od:
a) dobivanja vodenog gela hijaluronske kiseline ili njezine soli, u neumreženom stanju,
b) dovođenje gela dobivenog u koraku a) u kontakt s učinkovitom količinom najmanje jednog endogenog poliamina, te po izboru u prisutnosti dodatnog sredstva za umrežavanje,
c) umrežavanje navedene smjese nastale u koraku b), pri čemu se navedeno umrežavanje provodi u uvjetima povoljnim za kovalentno vezanje navedene hijaluronske kiseline i navedenog(ih) endogenog(ih) poliamina,
d) obnavljanje navedenog umreženog hidrogela, i po izboru
e) zaustavljanje umrežavanja izlaganjem umreženog gela uvjetima koji su povoljni za zaustavljanje njegovog umrežavanja, ovaj neobavezni korak e) provodi se prije, zajedno s ili nakon koraka obnavljanja d).
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što je (su) endogeni poliamin(i) odabrani od spermidina, spermina, i njihove smjese, i još bolje, spermina.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 i 8, naznačen time što se endogeni poliamin(i) koriste u sadržaju između 0.1% i 3%, poželjno između 0.5% i 1.5%, prema broju molova poliamina odnosu na broj molova hijaluronske kiseline koji su prisutni u smjesi iz koraka b).
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 do 9, naznačen time što hijaluronska kiselina ili njezina sol upotrebljava u sadržaju između 0.5% i 12 težinskih %, poželjno između 1% i 4 težinskih %, u odnosu na ukupnu težinu smjese dobivene na kraju koraka b).
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 7 do 10, naznačen time što se koristi (i) natrijev hijaluronat, (ii) spermin, kao sredstvo za umrežavanje, i (iii) EDC u kombinaciji s HOBt, kao, odgovarajući, aktivator i pomoćno sredstvo za spajanje.
12. Sterilni dermatološki pripravak za injektiranje naznačen time što sadrži, u fiziološki prihvatljivom mediju, barem jedan gel umrežene hijaluronske kiseline kako je definiran u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6.
13. Kozmetički ili dermatološki pripravak naznačen time što sadrži najmanje jedan gel umrežene hijaluronske kiseline kako je definirano u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6.
14. Komplet naznačen time što sadrži:
- pakiranje koje sadrži najmanje jednu dozu gela umrežene hijaluronske kiseline kako je definirano u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6 ili pripravka kako je definiran u zahtjevu 12; i
- uređaj za injektiranje u ili kroz kožu ili uređaj za mikroperforaciju kože, namijenjen primjeni navedene doze.
15. Uporaba gela umrežene hijaluronske kiseline kako je definirano prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6 ili pripravka kako je definiran u zahtjevu 12, naznačena time što je za punjenje oštećenja volumena kože i naročito za punjenje bora.
16. Postupak kozmetičkog tretmana kože, naznačen time što sadrži barem jedan korak davanja, u ili kroz kožu, gela umrežene hijaluronske kiseline kako je definirano prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6 ili pripravka kako je definiran u zahtjevu 12.
