Claims (11)

1. Uređaj (1) za pretvaranje sunčeve svjetlosti u električnu struju, koji sadrži nosivi uređaj (2) koji ima solarni modul (3) koji hvata sunčevu svjetlost i pretvara je u električnu struju, navedeni uređaj može biti montiran na uglavnom ravan ili blago nagnut krov (4), pri čemu uređaj (1) ima na njemu predviđene oslonce (6) koji se mogu postaviti izravno ili neizravno na nosivu konstrukciju (5) krova (4) i na koji je postavljen profilni element (7) kao nosivi uređaj (2) pod nagibom koji odgovara nagibu barem jednog solarnog modula (3), profiliranja navedenog profilnog elementa koji se pruža od oslonca do oslonca u smjeru stezanja, naznačen time da je na gornjoj strani profilnog elementa (7) postavljen držač (8) koji slijedi nagib navedenog profilnog elementa, zadržni element (9) za učvršćivanje barem jednog solarnog modula (3) predviđen je na najnižoj točki navedenog držača, te time da je profilni element (7) konstruiran kao otvoreni šuplji profil koji ima trapezoidni ili valovit poprečni presjek i time da su profili profilnog elementa (7) otvoreni prema solarnom modulu (3).
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1,naznačen time da se profiliranja, koja su otvorena prema solarnom modulu (3), profilnog elementa (7) koji ima trapezoidni ili valovit poprečni presjek završavaju na vrhu sa solarnim modulom(ima).
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je zadržni element (9) držača (8) predviđen za zahvaćanje oko donjeg ruba ukoso postavljenog solarnog modula (3) naročito kao deformacija oblika kanala ili oblika žljeba.
4. Uređaj prema zahtjevima 1 do 3, naznačen time da je u profilima profilnog elementa (7) koji su otvoreni prema solarnom modulu (3) predviđen prostor za električne vodove solarnog modula (3) i/ili električni vodovi solarnog modula (3) su smješteni i vode se u njima.
5. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da su u smjeru nagiba profilnog elementa (3) u svakom slučaju u parovima predviđena dva oslonca (6) i odgovarajući parovi oslonaca su smješteni jedan do drugoga u smjeru stezanja na način premošten s profilnim elementom (7).
6. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su trokutasta ili trapezoidna nosiva sredstva (10), naročito nosiva ploča, smještena između oslonca (6) ili para oslonaca i profilnog elementa (7).
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su jedan ili mnoštvo oslonaca (6) učvršćeni na osnovnu ploču (11) koja leži i u uporabnom položaju se drži barem u područjima na nosivoj konstrukciji (5) krova (4).
8. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da jedan ili mnoštvo oslonaca (6) ima, na kraju koji gleda od solarnog modula (3), povišeni oslonac koji je prilagođen konstrukciji krova (4).
9. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je barem jedan zadržni i/ili sigurnosni uređaj predviđen u području navedenog uređaja.
10. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da je sigurnosni uređaj predviđen kao zaustavna točka, npr. kao ušica ili kao prolaz kroz konstrukciju uređaja.
11. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da krovna površina krova ima nagib manji od ili jednak 5°.
