Claims (14)

1. Postupak proizvodnje aromatizirane hrane ili napitka kao proizvod, naznačen time što se postupak sastoji u: a) prikupljanju aromatične frakcije iz pržene i mljevene kave, ili ekstrakta kave u obliku plina koji sadrži vodenu paru; b) stavljanja u kontakt navedene aromatične frakcija s uljem kako bi se uklonilo nepoželjne aromatične spojeve, koji uključuju furane, pirole i/ili tiole; c) kondenziranju navedene aromatične frakcije kako bi se proizvelo tekućinu koja sadrži vodenu otopinu arome; i d) miješanju navedene tekućine koja sadrži vodenu otopinu arome iz koje su uklonjeni nepoželjni aromatični spojevi, koji uključuju furane, pirole i/ili tiole, s hranom ili napitkom kao pripravkom; gdje se korak c) provodi prije ili nakon koraka b).
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se dodatno sastoji u sušenju aromatizirane hrane ili napitka kao proizvoda kako bi se proizvelo osušenu aromatiziranu hranu ili napitak kao proizvod.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se korak c) provodi prije koraka b), te što se poroznu hidrofobnu membranu upotrebljava za stavljanje u kontakt s navedenom tekućinom koja sadrži vodenu otopinu arome i s navedenom uljem u koraku b).
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-2, naznačen time što se korak c) provodi nakon koraka b), te što se korak b) provodi u plinsko-tekućinskoj apsorpcijskoj koloni.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, naznačen time što se navedenu tekućinu koja sadrži vodenu otopinu arome iz koje su uklonjeni nepoželjni aromatični spojevi, koji uključuju furane, pirole i/ili tiole pomiješa s ekstraktom kave u koraku b), kako bi se proizvelo aromatizirani ekstrakt kave.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, naznačen time što se navedenu tekućinu koja sadrži vodenu otopinu arome iz koje su uklonjeni nepoželjni aromatični spojevi, koji uključuju furane, pirole i/ili tiole pomiješa s vrhnjem za kavu u koraku b), kako bi se proizvelo aromatizirano vrhnje za kavu.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5-6, naznačen time što se aromatičnu frakciju prikupi iz prženih i mljevenih zrna kave koja sadrže najmanje 5%, težinski, zrna kave robuste.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što vodeni ekstrakt prženih zrna kave u koraku d) se koncentrira do sadržaja čvrstih tvari od najmanje 10% prije nego se pomiješa s navedenom tekućinom koja sadrži vodenu otopinu arome iz koje su uklonjeni nepoželjni aromatični spojevi, koji uključuju furane, pirole i/ili tiole.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se korak c) provodi hlađenjem i/ili komprimiranjem aromatične frakcije kako bi se proizvelo tekućinu koja sadrži vodenu otopinu arome.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se plin iz aromatične frakcije koja preostane nakon koraka c) podvrgava jednom ili više dodatnih koraka kondenziranja kako bi se proizvelo jednu ili više aromatičnih frakcija.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što se najmanje jednu od navedenih jedne ili više aromatičnih frakcija pomiješa s navedenom tekućinom koja sadrži vodenu otopinu arome iz koje su uklonjeni nepoželjni aromatični spojevi, koji uključuju furane, pirole i/ili tiole i navedenim vodenim ekstraktom prženih zrna kave u koraku d).
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što u koraku d) navedena tekućina koja sadrži vodenu otopinu arome iz koje su uklonjeni nepoželjni aromatični spojevi, koji uključuju furane, pirole i/ili tiole, sadrži manje od 5% ulja, težinski.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je ulje u koraku b) MCT ulje ili kavino ulje.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se navedenu tekućinu koja sadrži vodenu otopinu arome iz koje su uklonjeni nepoželjni aromatični spojevi, koji uključuju furane, pirole i/ili tiole i navedenu hranu ili napitak kao pripravak u koraku d) dodatno pomiješa s drugom tekućinom koja sadrži aromu proizvedenom postupkom koji se sastoji u: i) prikupljanju aromatične frakcije iz pržene i mljevene kave, ili ekstrakta kave u obliku plina koji sadrži vodenu paru; i ii) kondenziranju navedene aromatične frakcije kako bi se proizvelo tekućinu koja sadrži vodenu otopinu arome.
