Claims (13)
1. Biokompatibilni pripravak na bazi vode, naznačen time što je namijenjen upotrebi u kirurškom liječenju oka, koje se sastoji u selektivnom bojanju unutarnje ograničavajuće membrane (ILM) i/ili epiretinalnih membrana (ERM) u ljudskom ili životinjskom oku i uklanjanju obojene membrane, koji sadrži u najmanju ruku jedno bojilo koje se bira iz skupine koju čine: trifenilmetanska bojila, cijaninska bojila i/ili prirodna bojila ili njihove smjese, gdje pripravak ima gustoću u rasponu od 1,01 g/cm3 do 1,5 g/cm3, gdje se za podešavanje gustoće ne upotrebljava monosaharid ili reducirajući disaharid.
2. Pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži bojilo koje se bira iz skupine koju čine azo bojila, cijaninska bojila i/ili prirodna bojila ili njihove smjese.
3. Pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je trifenilmetansko bojilo Coomassie Violet R200.
4. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je namijenjen upotrebi kao bojilo za negativno prikazivanje epiretinalnih membrana.
5. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što pripravak ima dinamičnu viskoznost u rasponu od 1 do 500 mPas, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 50 do 275 mPas, na 25 °C i brzinu smicanja 10 s-1.
6. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je osmolarnost dobivenih otopina u rasponu od 280-330 mosmol/l, po mogućnosti 300 mosmol/l.
7. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što pripravak sadrži sredstvo za podešavanje gustoće.
8. Komplet koji sadrži injekcijsku špricu s cilindrom i kanilom i pripravak na bazi vode u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je namijenjen selektivnom bojanju unutarnje ograničavajuće membrane (ILM) i/ili epiretinalnih membrana (ERM) u ljudskom ili životinjskom oku, gdje je omjer promjera cilindra i promjera kanile je od 10 do 2:1 do 0,2, po mogućnosti 20:1 do 4:1.
9. Komplet u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što je namijenjen upotrebi u kirurškom liječenju oka, koje se sastoji u selektivnom bojanju unutarnje ograničavajuće membrane (ILM) i/ili epiretinalnih membrana (ERM) u ljudskom ili životinjskom oku i uklanjanju obojene membrane.
10. Biokompatibilni pripravak na bazi vode naznačen time što je namijenjen selektivnom bojanju in vivo unutarnje ograničavajuće membrane (ILM) i/ili epiretinalnih membrana (ERM) u ljudskom ili životinjskom oku, koji sadrži u najmanju ruku jedno trifenilmetansko bojilo, azo bojilo ili prirodno bojilo ili njihove smjese, gdje pripravak sadrži sredstvo za podešavanje gustoće u rasponu od 1,01 g/cm3 do 1,5 g/cm3, te gdje se za podešavanje gustoće ne upotrebljava monosaharid ili reducirajući disaharid.
11. Biokompatibilni pripravak na bazi vode, naznačen time što je namijenjen selektivnom bojanju unutarnje ograničavajuće membrane (ILM) i/ili epiretinalnih membrana (ERM) u ljudskom ili životinjskom oku, koji sadrži u najmanju ruku Coomassie Violet R200 kao bojilo, gdje pripravak ima gustoću u rasponu od 1,01 g/cm3 do 1,5 g/cm3.
12. Biokompatibilni pripravak na bazi vode, naznačen time što je namijenjen selektivnom bojanju unutarnje ograničavajuće membrane (ILM) i/ili epiretinalnih membrana (ERM) u ljudskom ili životinjskom oku, koji sadrži u najmanju ruku jedno trifenilmetansko bojilo, azo bojilo, cijaninsko bojilo ili prirodno bojilo ili njihove smjese, gdje se gustoću u rasponu od 1,01 g/cm3 do 1,5 g/cm3 podešava upotrebom teške vode.
13. Biokompatibilni pripravak na bazi vode u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što pripravak sadrži sredstvo za podešavanje gustoće.
