Claims (11)
1. Postupak poboljšanja ili pročišćavanja plina separacijom ugljičnog dioksida iz njega koji sadrži korake:
i) uvođenja mlaza navedenog plina u korito slabe osnovne iono izmjenične smole sa tercijarnim amino grupama pri uvjetima temperature i tlaka pod kojima se ugljični dioksid apsorbira za navedenu smolu, i
2. desorbiranja apsorbiranog ugljičnog dioksida iz smole povećanjem temperature i/ili sniženjem tlaka u navedenom koritu.
gdje sadržaj vode u navedenom koritu iono izmjenične smole u toku koraka i) iznosi više od 35% ukupne mase iono izmenične smole i vode.
2. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1, gdje je plin ispusni plin koji se pročišćava.
3. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1, gdje se plin poboljšava separacijom ugljičnog dioksida od metana.
4. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 3, gdje je plin bio-plin.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, gdje sadržaj vode u navedenom koritu iono izmjenične smole u toku koraka i) iznosi do 50% ili više od ukupne mase iono izmjenične smole i vode.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, gdje sadržaj vode u navedenom koritu iono izmjejnične smole u toku koraka i) iznosi manje od 70% ukupne mase iono izmjenične smole i vode.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, gdje se u toku koraka i) protok vode usmjerava u suprotnom smjeru u odnosu na mlaz plina.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, gdje se temperatura korita iono izmjenične smole povećava u koraku ii) ubrizgavanjem tople vode direktno u navedeno korito.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, gdje se temperatura korita iono izmjenične smole snižava prije koraka i) ubrizgavanjem hladne vode direktno u navedeno korito.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, gdje se hlađenje i zagrijavanje korita iono izmjenične smole potpomaže sa jednim ili više izmjenjivača topline u obliku omotača koji okružuje korito iono izmjenične smole ili elemenata koji se pružaju u navedeno korito.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, gdje se korak i) izvršava pri tlaku od 2 bara ili većem, prvenstveno pri tlaku od 10 bara ili većem, a najpoželjnije pri tlaku od 16 bara.
