Abstract

Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung dienen zur Erzeugung zweier gereinigter Luftteilströme unter verschiedenen Drücken. Ein Gesamtluftstrom (1) wird auf einen ersten Gesamtluftdruck verdichtet. Der verdichtete Gesamtluftstrom (5) wird unter dem ersten Gesamtluftdruck durch Wärmeaustausch (4, 6) mit Kühlwasser gekühlt. Der Wärmeaustausch mit Kühlwasser zur Kühlung des Gesamtluftstroms (5) wird mindestens teilweise als direkter Wärmeaustausch in einem ersten Direktkontaktkühler (6) durchgeführt. Der gekühlte Gesamtluftstrom (9) wird in einen ersten Luftteilstrom (10) und einen zweiten Luftteilstrom (11) aufgeteilt. Der erste Luftteilstrom (10) wird unter dem ersten Gesamtluftdruck in einer ersten Reinigungseinrichtung (18) gereinigt und als erster gereinigter Luftteilstrom (19) gewonnen. Der zweite Luftteilstrom (11) wird auf einen höheren Druck nachverdichtet (12), der höher als der erste Gesamtluftdruck ist. Der nachverdichtete zweite Luftteilstrom (14) wird in einem zweiten Direktkontaktkühler (15) durch direkten Wärmeaustausch (13, 15) mit Kühlwasser gekühlt. Der gekühlte zweite Luftteilstrom (17) wird unter dem höheren Druck in einer zweiten Reinigungseinrichtung (30) gereinigt und als zweiter gereinigter Luftteilstrom (31) gewonnen.
