Claims (23)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju obložene podloge, koji sadrži korake:
- osiguravanje podloge,
- osiguravanje barem jednog mineralnog materijala,
- osiguravanje polisaharidnog materijala koji sadrži jedan ili više polisaharida,
- oblaganje podloge s barem jednim mineralnim materijalom da se dobije sloj pred-obloge od mineralnog materijala,
- oblaganje sloja pred-obloge od mineralnog materijala s polisaharidnim materijalom koji sadrži jedan ili više polisaharida, naznačen time da je polisaharidni materijal u obliku nanogela.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1,naznačen time da je podloga odabrana iz skupine koju čine papiri i kartoni, kao što su kalandrirani i nekalandrirani, obloženi i neobloženi papiri i kartoni; sintetski papiri; netkani proizvodi; materijal za pakiranje; konstrukcijski materijali kao što su dekorativni papiri i papirnati karton; te završne obrade površine.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevima 1 ili 2,naznačen time da je navedeni mineralni materijal odabran iz skupine koju čine mineralni pigmenti i/ili punila, poželjno iz skupine koju čine istaloženi kalcijev karbonat (PCC); prirodni usitnjeni kalcijev karbonat (GCC); površinski modificiran kalcijev karbonat; dolomit; talk; bentonit; glina; magnezit; bijeli satin; sepiolit, huntit, dijatomit; silikati; titanijev dioksid; te njihove smjese.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3,naznačen time da je navedeni mineralni materijal odabran od površinski modificiranih kalcijevih karbonata koji su reakcijski produkt prirodnog kalcijevog karbonata s ugljikovim dioksidom i jednom ili više kiselina, pri čemu je ugljikov dioksid nastao in situ obradom s kiselinom i/ili se dobavlja iz vanjskog izvora.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3,naznačen time da je navedeni mineralni materijal odabran od površinski modificiranih kalcijevih karbonata koji su reakcijski produkt PCC koji sadrži pigment s H3O+ ionima i s barem jednim anionom koji može tvoriti u vodi netopive kalcijeve soli, te je navedeni anion otopljen u vodenom mediju tako da tvori gustu kašu površinski reaktivnog PCC koji sadrži pigment, pri čemu navedeni površinski reaktivni PCC sadrži netopivu, barem djelomično kristalnu kalcijevu sol navedenog aniona koja se stvara na površini barem dijela PCC, te je osiguran suvišak otopljenih kalcijevih iona.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,naznačen time da navedeni mineralni materijal ima srednju veličinu čestica od 0.01 do 50 µm, poželjnije od 0.05 do 25 µm, čak još poželjnije od 0.1 do 10 µm, naročito poželjno od 0.2 do 5 µm, npr. 2.7 µm, naročito od 0.5 do 1.5 µm, npr. 0.8 µm.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,naznačen time da je navedeni mineralni materijal osiguran u obliku vodene suspenzije koja ima udjel krutih tvari od 10 do 80 tež.%, poželjnije od 20 do 75 tež.%, čak još poželjnije od 30 do 60 tež.%, najpoželjnije od 40 do 55 tež.%, npr. 50 tež.%.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,naznačen time da je navedeni mineralni materijal osiguran u kombinaciji s vezivom, koje je poželjno odabrano iz skupine koju čine stiren akrilat lateks škrob, proteini, stiren butadien lateks, polivinil alkohol, polivinil acetat, te njihove smjese.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,naznačen time da su navedeni jedan ili više polisaharida koji su sadržani u navedenom polisaharidnom materijalu odabrani iz skupine koju čine ravni i razgranati polisaharidi kao što su celuloza, škrob, kitin, kitosan, pektin, ksantan guma i dekstran, te njihovi derivati.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,naznačen time da navedeni polisaharidni materijal koji sadrži jedan ili više polisaharida je nano-fibrilirani celulozni gel.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10,naznačen time da se navedeni nano-fibrilirani celulozni gel proizvodi pomoću fibriliranja celuloznih vlakana u prisutnosti barem jednog punila i/ili pigmenta sve do nastajanja gela.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 ili 11,naznačen time da su navedena celulozna vlakna odabrana od onih sadržanih u pulpi koja je odabrana iz skupine koja sadrži pulpu eukaliptusa, pulpu smreke, pulpu bora, pulpu bukve, pulpu konoplje, pulpu pamuka, pulpu bambusa, otpad iz prerade šećerne trske, kao i recikliranu pulpu i/ili pulpu s uklonjenom tintom, te njihove smjese.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevima 11 ili 12,naznačen time da je navedeno punilo i/ili pigment odabrano iz skupine koja sadrži istaloženi kalcijev karbonat (PCC), prirodni usitnjeni kalcijev karbonat (GCC), površinski modificirani kalcijev karbonat; dolomit; talk; bentonit; glinu; magnezit; bijeli satin; sepiolit, huntit, dijatomit; silikate; te njihove smjese; a poželjno je odabran iz skupine koju čine istaloženi kalcijev karbonat koji ima vateritnu, kalcitnu ili aragonitnu kristalnu strukturu, naročito ultrafini diskretni prizmatični, skalenohedralni ili rombohedralni taložni kalcijev karbonat; prirodni usitnjeni kalcijev karbonat koji je odabran od mramora, vapnenca i/ili krede; te njihove smjese, a poželjno ima srednju veličinu čestica od 0.01 do 15 µm, poželjno 0.1 do 10 µm, poželjnije 0.3 do 5 µm, naročito poželjno od 0.5 do 4 µm i najpoželjnije je 0.7 do 3.2 µm, npr. 2 µm.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 do 13,naznačen time da se navedeni nano-fibrilirani celulozni gelovi kombiniraju s dodatnim ne-fibriliranim vlaknima i/ili barem jednim dodatnim punilom i/ili pigmentom.
15. Postupak prema zahtjevu 14,naznačen time da navedeno barem jedno dodatno punilo i/ili pigment ima srednju veličinu čestica od 0.01 do 5 µm, poželjno 0.05 do 1.5 µm, poželjnije 0.1 do 0.8 µm i najpoželjnije 0.2 do 0.5 µm, npr. 0.3 µm.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,naznačen time da su mineralni materijal kao i polisaharidni materijal koji sadrži jedan ili više polisaharida međusobno neovisno prevučeni u jednom ili nekoliko slojeva na odgovarajuću podlogu i/ili pred-oblogu mineralnog materijala.
17. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,naznačen time da je ukupna težina obloge pred-obloge od mineralnog materijala od 2 gm-2 do 50 gm-2, poželjno od 5 gm-2 do 40 gm-2, poželjnije od 7 gm-2 do 30 gm-2 najpoželjnije od 8 gm-2 do 25 gm-2.
18. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,naznačen time da je ukupna težina obloge polisaharidnog materijala od 0.5 gm-2 do 20 gm-2, poželjno od 1 gm-2 do 15 gm-2, poželjnije od 2 gm-2 do 11 gm-2 najpoželjnije od 3 gm-2 do 5 gm-2.
19. Prevučena podloga naznačena time da se dobiva s postupkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 18.
20. Obložena podloga prema zahtjevu 19, naznačena time da polisaharidni materijal može biti djelomično ili potpuno apsorbiran s pred-oblogom mineralnog materijala.
21. Obložena podloga prema zahtjevima 19 ili 20, naznačena time da jedan dio polisaharidnog materijala prekriva mineralni materijal, pri čemu je ostatak polisaharidnog materijala apsorbiran u pred-oblogu mineralnog materijala.
22. Obložena podloga prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 19 do 21, naznačena time da je prevučeni papir.
23. Uporaba podloge prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 19 do 22 naznačena time da se koristi kao materijal za pakiranje, kompoziti, slojevi za barijere, podloge za tiskanje, potpora za ojačavanje i/ili veziva.
