Claims (15)
1. Sustav za izrezivanje staklenih ploča za uporabu s žicom za rezanje (41) u postupku izrezivanja staklenih ploča za vozila, pri čemu sustav sadrži:
jedinicu za namatanje (1) koja sadrži:
sklop za postavljanje (10, 11) za montažu jedinice za namatanje na staklenu ploču;
najmanje jedan kalem za namatanje (4, 5) za namatanje žice za rezanje,
naznačen time da se žica za rezanje dovodi iz jedinice za dovođenje, te jedinica za dovođenje ima sredstva za postavljanje na staklenu ploču (3) i omogućava da se tijekom postupka izrezivanja žica za rezanje (41) izvlači iz jedinice za dovođenje dok je postavljena na staklenu ploču (3).
2. Sustav prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da jedinica za namatanje sadrži najmanje jedan namot žice oko elementa za vođenje razmaknut od kalema za namatanje i/ili sredstava za postavljanje.
3. Sustav prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da jedinica za namatanje sadrži prvi i drugi kalem za namatanje (4, 5) za namatanje žice za rezanje.
4. Sustav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su jedinica za dovođenje (2) i jedinica za namatanje (1) postavljene na suprotne strane staklene ploče (3).
5. Sustav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da jedinica za dovođenje žice sadrži rotirajući kalem (2) za dovođenje žice.
6. Sustav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da sredstva za postavljanje za jedinicu za dovođenje sadrže vakumski nosač (2a).
7. Sustav prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da je predviđena kočna ili potezna naprava (6) radi kočenja ili sprječavanja dovođenja žice iz jedinice za dovođenje.
8. Sustav prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da omotavajući vodljivi element sadrži vodljivi kotačić ili koloturu (8, 9) koja je rotirajuće postavljena u odnosu na jedinicu za namatanje.
9. Sustav prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da su dva kalema za namatanje (4, 5) postavljena jedan pored drugoga i odgovarajući kotačić vodilice za žicu ili kolotura (8, 9) smješten je s vanjske strane svakog odgovarajućeg kalema za namatanje.
10. Sustav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da kalem za namatanje (4, 5) sadrži zapinjač koji onemogućava rotiranje kalema u jednom ili drugom smjeru.
11. Postupak za izrezivanje staklene ploče za vozilo zalijepljene u okvir pomoću umetnutog materijala za lijepljenje, naznačen time da postupak sadrži:
postavljanje jedinice za namatanje žice (1) na vjetrobransko staklo (3), te jedinica za namatanje sadrži jedan ili više kalema za namatanje (4, 5);
postavljanje jedinice za dovođenje žice na vjetrobransko staklo, namatanje žice za rezanje (41) po obodu staklene ploče i spajanje slobodnog kraja žice koja se izvlači iz jedinice za dovođenje na kalem za namatanje jedinice za namatanje;
uporabu kalema za namatanje (4, 5) jedinice za namatanje za namatanje žice (41) i tako se izrezuje materijal za lijepljenje, pri čemu se tijekom izrezivanja žica izvlači iz jedinice za dovođenje da se postigne klizno rezanje materijala za lijepljenje.
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time da su jedinica za dovođenje i jedinica za namatanje postavljene na suprotnim stranama staklene ploče (3).
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 11, ili zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da se nakon uporabe jedinice za namatanje (1) za izrezivanje dijela staklene ploče (3), odgovarajuća dužina žice izvlači iz jedinice za dovođenje i izrezuje tako da se dobije dodatni slobodni kraj, te se dodatni slobodni kraj spaja na kalem za namatanje (4, 5) jedinice za namatanje, te se zatim kalem namata da se postigne izrezivanje dodatnog dijela staklene ploče.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 11 do 13, naznačen time da žica dovedena iz jedinice za dovođenje prolazi kroz kočnu ili poteznu napravu (6) radi kočenja dovođenja žice iz jedinice za dovođenje.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da su odgovarajući slobodni krajevi žice (41) spojeni na različite odgovarajuće kaleme za namatanje (4, 5) jedinice za namatanje.
