Claims (18)
1. Monolitno keramičko tijelo s rubnim područjem od miješanog oksida i metalnom površinom, naznačeno time što keramičko tijelo ima jezgru od oksida prvog metala (I) i rubnu zonu, gdje rubnu zonu čini rubno područje od miješanog oksida, koje uključuje oksid prvog metala (I) i oksid drugog metala (II), koji ima visoki afinitet za kisik, i metalna površina metala (II) na rubnom području od miješanog oksida,
gdje se rubnu zonu formira mijenjanjem kemijskog sastava rubnog područja nedovršenog keramičkog tijela aktiviranjem rubnog područja i naknadnom termokemijskom obradom svakojeg pod negativnim tlakom koji iznosi 10–3 mbar ili manje, te gdje je za mijenjanje kemijskog sastava značajno da ne rezultira samo ugrađivanjem iona metala (II) u rešetku keramičkog materijala keramičkog tijela,
gdje je termokemijska obrada potaknuta ubacivanjem iona,
gdje rubno područje od miješanog oksida
ima kontinuirani koncentracijski gradijent prvog metala (I), počevši od 100% u jezgri do 0% u prijelaznom području prema metalnoj površini keramičkog tijela, u odnosu na ukupni sadržaj metala (I+II), i
ima kontinuirani koncentracijski gradijent drugog metala (II), počevši od 0% u jezgri do 100% u prijelaznom području prema metalnoj površini keramičkog tijela, u odnosu na ukupni sadržaj metala (I+II),
gdje koncentracija kisika u rubno područje od miješanog oksida ostaje konstantna, i
gdje se monolitna struktura keramičkog tijela formira bez granica faza.
2. Keramičko tijelo u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačeno time što se prvi metal (I) bira između aluminija, cirkonija, itrija, niobija, hafnija, silicija, magnezija, cerija, ili miješanih oblika navedenih metala.
3. Keramičko tijelo u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačeno time što je prvi metal (I) cirkonij ili aluminij, ili smjesa cirkonija s aluminijem.
4. Keramičko tijelo u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što je drugi metal (II) biokompatibilan.
5. Keramičko tijelo u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačeno time što je biokompatibilni metal (II) titanij.
6. Keramičko tijelo u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3 i 5, naznačeno time što se rubno područje od miješanog oksida formira iz miješanog oksida titanija i cirkonija, miješanog oksida titanija i aluminija ili miješanog oksida titanija, aluminija i cirkonija, a metalnu površinu čini čisti titanij.
7. Keramičko tijelo u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što rubnu zonu keramičkog tijela čini rubno područje od miješanog oksida, a debljina metalne površine na njemu je između 0,05 i 140 µm.
8. Keramičko tijelo u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što dodatno uključuje jedan ili više slojeva dodatnih metala, osobito metala (II).
9. Keramičko tijelo u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što dodatno uključuje jednu ili više biokompatibilnih i/ili bioaktivnih obloga.
10. Postupak proizvodnje keramičkog tijela rubnim područjem od miješanog oksida s metalnom površinom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što uključuje sljedeće korake koje treba provesti u sljedećem nizu u komori za termokemijsku reakciju na nedovršenom keramičkom tijelu s rubnim područjem:
(a) evakuiranja reakcijske komore do negativnog tlaka koji iznosi 10–3 mbar ili manje,
(b) aktiviranja rubnog područja nedovršenog keramičkog tijela pod negativnim tlakom postignutim u koraku (a), i
(c) mijenjanja kemijskog sastava rubnog područja nedovršenog keramičkog tijela termokemijskom obradom pod negativnim tlakom postignutim u koraku (a) na takav način da se rubno područje kemijski promijeni u rubnu zonu dovršenog keramičkog tijela, gdje rubnu zonu čine metalna površina i rubno područje od miješanog oksida koje je ispod nje, koje počinje ispod metalne površine, gdje je za mijenjanje kemijskog sastava značajno da ne rezultira samo ugrađivanjem iona metala (II) u rešetku keramičkog materijala keramičkog tijela, te gdje je termokemijska obrada potaknuta ubacivanjem iona, uz dozu iona od 1015 do 1016 iona/cm2 i energiju iona do 2,3 MeV.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time što se aktiviranje površine u koraku (b) provodi obradom plazmom.
12. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time što se ubacivanje iona provodi ubacivanjem iona uranjanjem u plazmu.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time što se korak (c) provodi na temperaturi od 20 do 400 °C.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 13, naznačen time što postupak uključuje dodatni korak (d) oblaganja površine keramičkog tijela jednim ili više metala, osobito metalom (II).
15. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 14, naznačen time što postupak dodatno uključuje korak (e) oblaganja površine keramičkog tijela biokompatibilnim i/ili bioaktivnim materijalom.
16. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 15, naznačen time što se rubno područje od miješanog oksida s metalnom površinom formira samo na dijelu područja nedovršenog keramičkog tijela.
17. Upotreba keramičkog tijela u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9 ili keramičkog tijela proizvedenog u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 16, naznačena time što keramičko tijelo služi kao usadak.
18. Upotreba keramičkog tijela u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9 ili keramičkog tijela proizvedenog u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 16, naznačena time što keramičko tijelo služi kao zaštitni oklop za oklapanje ljudstva ili vozila ili zrakoplova ili plovila ili zgrada ili svemirskih letjelica.
