Claims (10)
1. Postupak za automatsku i neprekidnu izgradnju i sklapanje kompleksne trodimenzionalne mrežaste strukture koja se izrađuje od elektro-zavarenih metalnih mreža koja se može koristiti kao ojačanje u betonskim odljevcima za anti-seizmičke građevinske projekte, naznačen time da postupak sadrži slijedeće korake:
prethodno sklapanje barem jednog kaveza (4) u zoni (41) smještenoj nizvodno od sklopa za savijanje (3) tako da se omogućava njegovo neprekinuto sklapanje;
transportiranje barem jednog prethodno složenog kaveza (4) do sklopa za savijanje (3) radi formiranja vanjskog kućišta kaveza (1)(1.1);
podizanje barem jednog prethodno složenog kaveza (40), pomoću automatskih hvataljki (5) iz klizne ravnine elektro-zavarene metalne mreže iz koje se savija vanjskog kućište kaveza (1)(1.1), da se omogući savijanje vanjskog kućišta kaveza (1)(1.1), te njegovo konačno zatvaranje, tako da se zaokružuje barem jedan prethodno složeni kavez (4) i formiraju se kompleksne trodimenzionalne mrežaste strukture.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da korak prethodnog sklapanja sadrži prethodno sklapanje mnoštva kaveza (4) koji su privremeno parkirani u zoni (41) smještenoj nizvodno od sklopa za savijanje (3), mnoštvo kaveza (4) koji su postavljeni jedan uz drugoga i/ili se međusobno prekrivaju i/ili su postavljeni tako da prodiru jedan u drugi, te se mnoštvom kaveza (4) rukuje sa automatskim hvataljkama (5), tako da se proizvodi prethodno sklopljen oblik (4), pri čemu se korak transporta sastoji od transporta prethodno sklopljenog oblika (4), te pri čemu se korak podizanja i zaokruživanja sastoji od podizanja i zaokruživanja prethodno sklopljenog oblika (4).
3. Postupak prema zahtjevima 1 ili 2 naznačen time da su elektro-zavarene metalne mreže sa konstantnim pravokutnim rasporedom mreže (1) ili nepravilnim pravokutnim rasporedom mreže (1.1).
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu naznačen time da je barem jedan kavez (4) ojačan sa jednostavnim pravocrtnim i/ili savijenim šipkama.
5. Stroj za automatsko sklapanje kompleksne trodimenzionalne mrežaste strukture, formirane od elektro-zavarenih metalnih mreža, za provođenje postupka prema prethodnim zahtjevima, naznačen time da sadrži slijedeće uređaje koji djeluju međusobno koordinirano i kontroliraju se odgovarajućim računalnim sustavima:
1) dvosmjerni vodoravni sklop za preklapanje (3) za elektro-zavarene metalne mreže, smješten poprečno u odnosu na tok napredovanja mreže;
2) prva vodoravna kolica (2), postavljena uzvodno od sklopa za savijanje (3) i paralelna sa njime, koja su opremljena sa prvim automatskim hvataljkama za hvatanje, za transport elektro-zavarenih metalnih mreža;
3) druga vodoravna kolica (6), postavljena nizvodno od sklopa za savijanje (3) i paralelna sa njime, koja su opremljena sa drugim automatskim hvataljkama za hvatanje, za transport elektro-zavarenih metalnih mreža;
4) zonu (41) za horizontalno parking ili prethodno sklapanje barem jednog kaveza (4), koja je smještena nizvodno kolica (6);
5) zonu još dalje nizvodno (42) od zone (41) za parking ili prethodno sklapanje, za odvođenje gotovih proizvoda;
6) veći broj ovješenih pomičnih sklopova (44), te su pomični duž svoje razine, koji su poduprti sa vodilicama i okvirom (43), te koji su opremljeni sa trećim automatskim hvataljkama (5) za hvatanje metalnih mreža ili kaveza koji poslužuju navedene uređaje.
6. Stroj prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da se prva vodoravna kolica (2) koja su postavljena uzvodno (2) od sklopa za savijanje (3) pomiču na razini koja je iznad i paralelna je sa razinom na kojoj se kreće elektro-zavarena metalna mreža, te su pravokutna na navedeno kretanje.
7. Stroj prema zahtjevima 5 ili 6, naznačen time da se druga vodoravna kolica (6) koja su postavljena nizvodno od sklopa za savijanje (3) pomiču na istoj razini napredovanja kao elektro-zavarena metalna mreža, te su pravokutna na navedeno kretanje.
8. Stroj prema jednom zahtjevu od 5 do 7, naznačen time da su ovješeni pomični sklopovi (44) koji su postavljeni na razini (43) iznad i paralelno sa radnom razinom i koji su opremljeni sa trećim automatskim hvataljkama (5), inteligentnog tipa tj. u stanju su pokretati se na komandu na navedenoj razini, tako da mogu umetnuti i pravilno postaviti kaveze (4) jedan unutar drugoga i/ili umetnuti ih u vanjsko kućište kaveza (1)(1.1) tijekom njegovog oblikovanja.
9. Stroj prema jednom zahtjevu od 5 do 8, naznačen time da je autonomnog tipa i može se puniti sa ravnim elektro-zavarenim metalnim mrežama, prethodno proizvedenim za ovu svrhu, koje se distribuiraju pomoću posebnog pomičnog automatskog spremnika opremljenog sa kolicima (52) za prenošenje elektro-zavarenih metalnih mreža različitih veličina i/ili geometrijskih oblika.
10. Stroj prema jednom zahtjevu od 5 do 9, naznačen time da je postavljen nizvodno od automatskog sustava za formiranje elektro-zavarene metalne mreže, koja je ravna i ima pravilan raspored mreže (1) i/ili nepravilan raspored mreže (1.1), koji proizvodi uzastopno i na zahtjev, te konkretnije nizvodno od automatskog sklopa za elektro-zavarivanje (45).
