Claims (9)
1. Pomagalo za stabilizaciju lomova dugih cjevastih kosti, obuhvaća element za stabilizaciju koji je dizajniran kao spiralna šipka koja se može umetnuti u šupljinu cjevaste kosti i vijcima učvrstiti u srž; na barem jednom kraju ovaj stabilizirajući element ima napravu takvu da se uglavnom koristi kruta spiralna šipka (10) u obliku zavojnice, ima vertikalnu opružnu stopu podešenu tako visoko, točnije u rasponu od 1000-6000 N/mm, da u biti nema promjene u duljini Δl u longitudinalnom smjeru spiralne šipke, naznačeno time što spiralna šipka ima duljinu od do i prikladna je da se sama orijentira u longitudinalnom smjeru osi kosti, i promjer spiralne šipke je prilagođen veličini medularnog prostora.
2. Pomagalo prema Zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time što spiralna šipka (10) ima standardiziranu, uniformno konfiguriranu glavu koja je nezavisna u promjeru u odnosu na varijabilni vanjski promjer spiralne šipke prilagođen ogovarajućoj kosti, tako da postoji manji nagib u području te glave spiralne šipke preko oboda barem jednog zavoja.
3. Pomagalo prema Zahtjevu 2, naznačeno time što se na glavi nalazi barem jedan klin (12), koji je izbočen otprilike aksijalno, oblikovan iz prvog zavoja (11) i spojen sa zavojem u jednom komadu.
4. Pomagalo prema Zahtjevu 2 ili 3, naznačeno time što spiralna šipka (20) ima gornji dio (21) ispod glave, taj gornji dio ima vanjski promjer koji se konično sužava u smjeru od kraja glave.
5. Pomagalo prema Zahtjevu 4, naznačeno time što je drugi dio s u biti uniformnim vanjskim promjerom tj. cilindrični dio (19), spojen s gornjim dijelom tj. lijevkom (21).
6. Pomagalo prema bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačeno time što spiralna šipka (10, 20) ima vertikalnu opružnu stopu u rasponu od 1500-5000 N/mm.
7. Pomagalo prema bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačeno time što spiralna šipka (10, 20) ima fleksibilnu opružnu stopu takvu da je fleksibilna opružna stopa na duljine spiralne šipke između 250 i 1250 mN/mm, poželjno između 300 i 1250 mN/mm.
8. Pomagalo prema bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačeno time što spiralna šipka (10, 20) ima grubu površinu na barem nekim djelomičnim područjima.
9. Pomagalo prema bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačeno time što spiralna šipka na području svog prednjeg kraja ima samo-režući vrh, formiran od nakrivljenog nagiba ili oluka spiralne šipke i iznutra i izvana.
