Claims (15)
1. Glodalica (1) za obradu radnih dijelova, koja ima barem jednu reznu oštricu u obliku indeksabilnog umetka (2) radijalno postavljenog na glavu glodalice (3), koja je smještena na glavu glodalice (3) tako da se može okretati na rotacijski simetrično utjelovljenoj Y-osi (4), i pri čemu je indeksabilni umetak (2) izložen pomaku tolerancije (7) smješten da se slobodno rotira na nosivom klinu (9) ugrađenom u glavu glodalice (3), pri čemu je indeksabilni umetak (2), instaliran tako da se slobodno okreće, obložen ili okružen materijalom (12) glave glodalice (3) prostorno odostraga (10) i s druge strane sprijeda (11) u regijama kako bi se spriječilo da se nosivi klin (9) olabavi, naznačena time što nosač (9) ima prednju cilindričnu površinu (17) za rotacijsko instaliranje indeksabilnog umetka (2) i stražnju koničnu površinu (18) za učvršćivanje nosećeg materijala (12) glave glodalice (3), pri čemu je stražnja površina (18) namještena tako da se može otpustiti pod steznom kopčom u provrtu (16) glave glodalice (3), i prednju površinu nosivog klina (9) koja tvori slobodni kraj (8) tvori klizni nosač za indeksabilni umetak (2).
2. Glodalica temeljem zahtjeva 1, naznačena time što nosivi klin (9) u stražnjoj konično oblikovanoj površini (18) sadrži središnji provrt sa navojem (20).
3. Glodalica temeljem zahtjeva 2, naznačena time što je nosivi klin (9) u stražnjoj konično oblikovanoj površini (18) u interakciji sa koničnošću provrta (16).
4. Glodalica temeljem zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time što je nosivi klin (9) oblikovan kao vijak (23), čija je prednja površina (24) kraka cilindrična za oblikovanje nosača indeksabilnog umetka (2) i pri čemu cilindrična površina (24) ulazi u provrt (20) te je podržana.
5. Glodalica temeljem zahtjeva 4, naznačena time što je indeksabilni umetak (2) za okretajuće instaliranje sastavljen od cilindričnog slijepog otvora s provrtom (21).
6. Glodalica temeljem zahtjeva 5, naznačena time što je indeksabilni umetak (2) za okretajuće instaliranje sastavljen od cilindričnog slijepog otvora s provrtom (21) sa središnjim otvorom (22).
7. Glodalica temeljem zahtjeva 6, naznačena time što indeksabilni umetak (2) sa svoje prednje strane (11) sadrži korito za strugotine (29).
8. Glodalica temeljem zahtjeva 7, naznačena time što indeksabilni umetak (2) sa svoje prednje strane (11) i svoje stražnje strane sadrži po korito za strugotine (29).
9. Glodalica temeljem bilo kojeg od mnoštva prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačena time što je indeksabilni umetak (2) koji je smješten tako da se slobodno okreće obložen materijalom (12) glave glodalice (3) prostorno odostraga (10) i s druge strane sprijeda (11) putem držećeg elementa (30) koji se nalazi na glavi glodalice kako bi spriječio da se olabavi od nosivog klina (9).
10. Glodalica temeljem zahtjeva 9, naznačena time što držeći element (30) čini vijak (31) čiji navojna glava (32) tvori prednji nosač za rotacijski instalirani indeksabilni umetak (2).
11. Glodalica temeljem zahtjeva 1, naznačena time što je indeksabilni umetak (3.1) izložen pomaku tolerancije (7.1) smješten tako da se slobodno okreće na slobodnom kraju (8.1) nosivog klina (9.1) spojen tako da se može osloboditi na glavi glodalice (2.1) podložan steznoj kopči i pri čemu je indeksabilni umetak (3.1) koji je instaliran na način da se slobodno okreće osiguran kako bi se spriječilo da se olabavi od nosivog klina (9.1) putem pozitivne veze između slobodnog kraja (8.1) nosivog klina (9.1) i nosivog ležaja (10.1) indeksabilnog umetka (3.1).
12. Glodalica temeljem zahtjeva 11, naznačena time što je pozitivna veza između slobodnog kraja (8.1) nosivog klina (9.1) i nosivog ležaja (10.1) indeksabilnog umetka (3.1) konično oblikovana.
13. Glodalica temeljem zahtjeva 12, naznačena time što se pozitivna konična veza poželjno isteže otprilike preko polovice slobodnog kraja (8.1) nosivog klina (9.1) ili nosivog ležaja (10.1) indeksabilnog umetka (3.1).
14. Glodalica temeljem zahtjeva 13, naznačena time što je nosivi klin (9.1) u stražnjem dijelu (13.1) oblikovan kao vijak za stezno pričvršćivanje u nosivom materijalu glave glodalice (2.1).
15. Glodalica temeljem bilo kojeg od mnoštva prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačena time što je indeksabilni umetak instaliran na način da se slobodno okreće obložen sprijeda putem držećeg elementa (19.1) koji se nalazi na glavi glodalice (2.1).
