Abstract

Solarni sustav (01) koji se sastoji barem od jednog solarnog modula (75) koji ima odgovarajuće kućište (02) s pokrovnom pločom (04) i okvirnu konstrukciju koja se sastoji barem od nosivog profila (15) bitno oblikovanog u obliku slova L, čiji poprečni krak (14) ima rubove koji su postavljeni na donju stranu (17) pokrovne ploče (04) paralelno s umetnutom brtvom (16) i čiji je uzdužni krak (21) spojen sa zidom (03) kućišta (02) te zasunsku napravu (05) s barem jednim gornjim zasunskim elementom (22) i donjim zasunskim elementom (23) za pričvršćivanje pokrovne ploče (04) na kućište (02), elastičnom montažom (06) pokrovne ploče bez rubova (4) na zidove kućišta (03) pomoću barem dva opružna elementa (07) s okomitim hodom (09) propisane veličine, koji stvara povratnu silu, čiji su rubovi paralelno postavljeni na donju stranu (17) pokrovne ploče (04) na njezine suprotne strane (10), pri čemu su brtveni elementi (12) postavljeni u suprotnom smjeru barem od elastične montaže (06) prema vanjskoj strani (11) kućišta (02), naznačen fiksnom vezom između gornjeg zasunskog elementa (22) i nosivog profila (15) koji je kruto spojen s pokrovnom pločom (04) te između donjeg zasunskog elementa (23) i kućišta (03), pri čemu su gornji zasunski element (22) i donji zasunski element (23) udaljeni jedan od drugoga najviše za okomiti hod (09), s pokrovnom pločom (04) postavljenom na kućište (02) i pri čemu su odvojivo spojeni jedan s drugim pomoću zatvorene zasunske naprave (05), s pokrovnom pločom (04) fiksiranom na kućište (02), kad su izloženi povratnoj sili. Patent sadrži još 14 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (15)

1. Solarni sustav (01) koji se sastoji barem od jednog solarnog modula (75) koji ima odgovarajuće kućište (02) s pokrovnom pločom (04) i okvirnu konstrukciju koja se sastoji barem od nosivog profila (15) bitno oblikovanog u obliku slova L, čiji poprečni krak (14) ima rubove koji su postavljeni na donju stranu (17) pokrovne ploče (04) paralelno s umetnutom brtvom (16) i čiji je uzdužni krak (21) spojen sa zidom (03) kućišta (02) te zasunsku napravu (05) s barem jednim gornjim zasunskim elementom (22) i donjim zasunskim elementom (23) za pričvršćivanje pokrovne ploče (04) na kućište (02), elastičnom montažom (06) pokrovne ploče bez rubova (4) na zidove kućišta (03) pomoću barem dva opružna elementa (07) s okomitim hodom (09) propisane veličine, koji stvara povratnu silu, čiji su rubovi paralelno postavljeni na donju stranu (17) pokrovne ploče (04) na njezine suprotne strane (10), pri čemu su brtveni elementi (12) postavljeni u suprotnom smjeru barem od elastične montaže (06) prema vanjskoj strani (11) kućišta (02), naznačen fiksnom vezom između gornjeg zasunskog elementa (22) i nosivog profila (15) koji je kruto spojen s pokrovnom pločom (04) te između donjeg zasunskog elementa (23) i kućišta (03), pri čemu su gornji zasunski element (22) i donji zasunski element (23) udaljeni jedan od drugoga najviše za okomiti hod (09), s pokrovnom pločom (04) postavljenom na kućište (02) i pri čemu su odvojivo spojeni jedan s drugim pomoću zatvorene zasunske naprave (05), s pokrovnom pločom (04) fiksiranom na kućište (02), kad su izloženi povratnoj sili.
2. Solarni sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen sastavljanjem opružnih elemenata (07) i brtvenih elemenata (12) u jednu cjelinu i stvaranjem opružne brtve (45).
3. Solarni sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen konfiguracijom opružne brtve (45) kao bitno elastične brtvene usne (31) u obliku slova lambda, pri čemu se gornji krak (32) brtvene usne (31) spaja s poprečnim krakom (14) nosivog profila (15) i pri čemu se prvi donji krak (33) i drugi donji krak (34) spajaju sa zidom (03) kućišta (02).
4. Solarni sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen postavljanjem elastičnog profila s otvorenim ćelijama (44) između dva donja kraka (33, 34) elastične brtvene usne u obliku slova lambda (40).
5. Solarni sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen prvim lukom u obliku slova U (35) u gornjem kraku (32) brtvene usne u obliku slova lambda (31) koji se proteže u drugi luk u obliku slova U (36) na kraju poprečnog kraka (14) nosivog profila (15).
6. Solarni sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen konfiguracijom donjeg zasunskog elementa (23) u obliku klina postavljenog u unutarnjem području (13) kućišta (02) i konfiguracijom gornjeg zasunskog elementa (22) u obliku profila s prorezom na stražnjoj strani (27) koji je postavljen na uzdužni krak (21) nosivog profila (15) i predstavlja područje za umetanje (28) i područje za zadržavanje (29) klina (24).
7. Solarni sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen konfiguracijom klina (24) u obliku vijka (25) koji je kruto spojen s nosivom pločom (46).
8. Solarni sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen konfiguracijom gornjeg zasunskog elementa (22) u obliku nastavka klina (53) na kraju uzdužnog kraka (21) nosivog profila (15) i konfiguracijom donjeg zasunskog elementa (23) u obliku okretne zasunske kuke s oprugom (54) postavljene na zid kućišta (03).
9. Solarni sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen zapornom kukom montiranom na oprugu (61), pri čemu zasunska kuka (54) zasunske naprave (65) može biti pričvršćena u otvorenom položaju.
10. Solarni sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen rasporedom dodatnog profila u obliku slova L (30), čiji kratki krak (71) kao nastavak poprečnog kraka (14) nosivog profila (15) nosi pokrovnu ploču i čiji je dugi krak (72) postavljen paralelno s uzdužnim krakom (21) nosivog profila (15).
11. Solarni sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 i/ili 10, naznačen kontinuiranim rasporedom dodatnog profila (30) i/ili kontinuiranim rasporedom brtvenih elemenata (12) na sva četiri ruba (10) pokrovne ploče (04).
12. Solarni sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen donjim poprečnim krakom (47) na nosivom profilu (15) ili na dodatnom profilu (30), koji ulazi u unutrašnjost (13) kućišta (02) i konfiguracijom gornjeg zasunskog elementa (22) u obliku profila za umetanje (48) u donji poprečni krak (47), kao i konfiguracijom donjeg zasunskog elementa (23) u obliku zasunskog vijka (49) s utorom za umetanje (50), pri čemu je zasunski vijak (49) spojen s kućištem (02).
13. Solarni sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 11 zajedno s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen prema van savinutom kraju u obliku slova U (37) dugog kraka (72) dodatnog profila (30) u području ruba (10) pokrovne ploče (04) bez zasunske naprave (05), pri čemu se kraj u obliku slova U (37) proteže u prorez (38) u zidu kućišta (03) kad je zasunska naprava (05) zatvorena.
14. Solarni sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen rasporedom na krovu (62) sa susjednim rasporedom nekoliko kućišta (02), pri čemu se između susjednih pokrovnih ploča nalazi praznina (04) i pri čemu se pokrovne ploče (43) ili pokrovne ploče (68, 69, 70) postavljaju između kućišta (02) i susjedne podloge (63).
15. Solarni sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen konfiguracijom pokrovne ploče (04) u obliku jednostavne staklene ploče (64) ili u obliku fotonaponske ploče (18), pri čemu je fotonaponska ploča (18) konstruirana u obliku prozorskog stakla (19) sa slojem solarnih ćelija (20) postavljenim s donje strane ili u obliku tanke ploče s uljevenim solarnim ćelijama, pri čemu je pokrovna ploča (04) na vidljivoj strani oblikovana jednoliko.
