Abstract
Postupak za indukciju otpornosti biljaka na štetne gljive, naznačen time što sadrži ponavljani tretman biljaka, zemljišta, u kojem je biljka prisutna ili će biti prisutna i/ili sjemena biljke efikasnom količinom aktivnog spoja koje inhibira mitohondrijalni respiratorni lanac na nivou b/c1 kompleksa. Patent sadrži još 22 patentna zahtjeva.
Claims (23)
1. Postupak za indukciju otpornosti biljaka na štetne gljive, naznačen time što sadrži ponavljani tretman biljaka, zemljišta, u kojem je biljka prisutna ili će biti prisutna i/ili sjemena biljke efikasnom količinom aktivnog spoja koje inhibira mitohondrijalni respiratorni lanac na nivou b/c1 kompleksa.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je aktivni spoj strobilurin ili njegova poljoprivredno prihvatljiva sol.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je aktivno spoj - spoj formule I,

u kojoj supstituenti i indeksi imaju slijedeća značenja:
X označava halogen, C1-C4-alkil ili trifluorometil;
m označava 0 ili 1;
Q označava C(=CH-CH3)-COOCH3, C(=CH-OCH3)-COOCH3, C(=N-OCH3)-CONHCH3, C(=NOCH3)-COOCH3, N(-OCH3)-COOCH3, ili grupu Q1

B označava fenil, naftil, 5- ili 6-člani heteroaril ili 5- ili 6-člani heterociklil, koji sadrži jedan, dva ili tri N atoma i/ili jedan O ili S atom ili jedan ili dva O i/ili S atoma, pri čemu je sustav prstena nesupstituiran ili supstituiran sa jednom, dvije ili tri identične ili različite grupeRa:

R2 označava fenil, fenilkarbonil, fenilsulfonil, 5- ili 6-člani heteroaril, 5- ili 6-člani heteroarilkarbonil ili 5- ili 6-člani heteroarilsulfonil, pri čemu su sustavi prstena nesupstituirani ili supstituirani sa jednim, dva ili tri ista ili različita radikala Ra,
C1-C10-alkil, C3-C6-cikloalkil, C2-C10-alkenil, C2-C10-alkinil, C1-C10-alkil-karbonil, C2-C10-alkenilkarbonil, C3-C10-alkinilkarbonil, C1-C10-alkil-sulfonil ili C(=NORA)-RB, pri čemu su ugljovodični radikali ovih grupa nesupstituirni ili supstituirni sa jednim, dva ili tri ista ili različita radikala Rc:
Rc označava cijano, nitro, amino, aminokarbonil, aminotiokarbonil, halogen, C1-C6-alkil, C1-C6-haloalkil, C1-C6-alkilsulfonil, C1-C6-alkil-sulfinil, C1-C6-alkoksi, C1-C6-haloalkoksi, C1-C6-alkoksikarbonil, C1-C6-alkiltio, C1-C6-alkilamino, di-C1-C6-alkilamino, C1-C6-alkilamino-karbonil, di-C1-C6-alkilaminokarbonil, C1-C6-alkilaminotiokarbonil, di-C1-C6-alkilaminotiokarbonil, C2-C6-alkenil, C2-C6-alkeniloksi, C3-C6-cikloalkil,

R3 označava vodik, C1-C6-alkil, C2-C6-alkenil, C2-C6-alkinil, ugljovodične radikale ovih grupa koje su nesupstituirane ili supstituirane sa jednim, dva ili tri ista ili različita radikala Rc;
ili njihova poljoprivredno prihvatljiva sol; ili
spoj strobilurina izabrano iz grupe koju čine metil (2-kloro-5-[1-(3-metilbenziloksiimino)etil]benzil)karbamat i metil (2-kloro-5-[1-(6-metilpiridin-2-ilmetoksiimino)etil]benzil)karbamat ili poljoprivredno prihvatljive soli ovih spojeva strobilurina.
4. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što indeks m u formuli I označava nulu i supstituenti imaju slijedeća značenja:
Q označava C(=CH-CH3)-COOCH3, C(=CH-OCH3)-COOCH3, C(=N-OCH3)-CONHCH3, C(=N-OCH3)-COOCH3 ili N(-OCH3)-COOCH3;
A označava -O-B, -CH2O-B, -OCH2-B, -CH2O-N=C(R1)-B ili -CH2O-N=C(R1)-C(R2)=N-OR3, gdje
B označava fenil, piridil, pirimidil, pirazolil, triazolil, pri čemu su ovi prsteni nesupstituirani ili supstituirani jednim, dva ili tri ista ili različita radikala Ra;
R1 označava vodik, cijano, C1-C4-alkil, C1-C4-haloalkil, C3-C6-cikloalkil ili C1-C4-alkoksi;
R2 označava C1-C6-alkil, C2-C10-alkenil, C3-C6-cikloalkil, pri čemu su ove grupe nesupstituirane ili supstituirane sa jednim ili dva ista ili različita radikala Rb’;
Rb’ označava C1-C6-alkil, C3-C6-cikloalkil, C1-C6-alkoksi, C1-C6-haloalkoksi, benzil, fenil ili fenoksi;
fenil koji je nesupstituiran ili supstituiran sa jenim ili dva ista ili različita Ra; i
R3 označava C1-C6-alkil, C2-C6-alkenil ili C2-C6-alkinil.
5. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što se koristi aktivna supstanca formule II,

T označava atom ugljika ili dušika,
Ra’ je izabran iz serije koja se sastoji od halogena, metila i trifluorometila,
y predstavlja nulu, 1 ili 2,
Rb je kao što je definiran za formulu I u patentnom zahtjevu 1; i
x predstavlja nulu, 1, 2, 3 ili 4.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što se koristi aktivna supstanca formule III,

Ra označava jednu ili dvije iste ili različite grupa izabranih iz serije koja se sastoji od halogena, C1-C6-alkila, C1-C6-alkoksi, halometil, halometoksi, metil i trifluorometil, pri čemu su grupe Ra nesupstituirane ili supstituirane sa C1-C6-alkoksiimino grupom;
V označava OCH3 ili NHCH3; i
Y označava CH ili N.
7. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je spoj formule I izabran iz grupe koju čine piraklostrobin, kresoksim metil, dimoksistrobin, metil 2-(orto-((2,5-dimetilfeniloksimetilen)fenil)-3-metoksiakrilat, pikoksistrobin, trifloksistrobin, enestroburin, orisastrobin, metominostrobin, azoksistrobin i fluoksastrobin.
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je spoj formule I izabran iz grupe koju čine azoksistrobin, piraklostrobin i pikoksistrobin.
9. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je spoj formule I - piraklostrobin.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se primjena aktivnog spoja izvodi u toku prvih šest tjedana vegetacijskog perioda biljaka ili poslije nicanja biljaka.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se ponavljana primjena aktivnog spoja izvodi svakih 10 do 20 dana.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se dvije do deset primjena aktivnog spoja izvodi tokom jedne sezone.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se on izvodi kao folijarna primjena.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se izvodi na povrću ili oraničnim usjevima.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se izvodi na soji, kukuruzu, pamuku, duhanu, mahunama, pšenici, raži i grašku.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time što se izvodi na žitaricama.
17. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 16, naznačen time što se izvodi na pšenici.
18. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 17, naznačen time što se kod biljaka inducira tolerancija na Septoria spp.
19. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 18, naznačen time što se kod biljaka inducira tolerancija na Septoria tritici.
20. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što se izvodi na višegodišnjim biljkama.
21. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 20, naznačen time što se izvodi na vinovoj lozi.
22. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 21, naznačen time što se kod biljaka inducira otpornost na Botrytis cinerea, Plasmopara viticola, Erysiphe necator i/ili Esca.
23. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se aktivni spoj koristi zajedno sa dodatnim fungicidnim spojem.
