Abstract

Postupak za indukciju otpornosti biljaka na štetne gljive, naznačen time što sadrži ponavljani tretman biljaka, zemljišta, u kojem je biljka prisutna ili će biti prisutna i/ili sjemena biljke efikasnom količinom aktivnog spoja koje inhibira mitohondrijalni respiratorni lanac na nivou b/c1 kompleksa. Patent sadrži još 22 patentna zahtjeva.

Claims (23)

1. Postupak za indukciju otpornosti biljaka na štetne gljive, naznačen time što sadrži ponavljani tretman biljaka, zemljišta, u kojem je biljka prisutna ili će biti prisutna i/ili sjemena biljke efikasnom količinom aktivnog spoja koje inhibira mitohondrijalni respiratorni lanac na nivou b/c1 kompleksa.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je aktivni spoj strobilurin ili njegova poljoprivredno prihvatljiva sol.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što se koristi aktivna supstanca formule II, [image] u kojoj T označava atom ugljika ili dušika, Ra’ je izabran iz serije koja se sastoji od halogena, metila i trifluorometila, y predstavlja nulu, 1 ili 2, Rb je kao što je definiran za formulu I u patentnom zahtjevu 1; i x predstavlja nulu, 1, 2, 3 ili 4.

Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što se koristi aktivna supstanca formule III, [image] u kojoj Ra označava jednu ili dvije iste ili različite grupa izabranih iz serije koja se sastoji od halogena, C1-C6-alkila, C1-C6-alkoksi, halometil, halometoksi, metil i trifluorometil, pri čemu su grupe Ra nesupstituirane ili supstituirane sa C1-C6-alkoksiimino grupom; V označava OCH3 ili NHCH3; i Y označava CH ili N.

Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je spoj formule I izabran iz grupe koju čine piraklostrobin, kresoksim metil, dimoksistrobin, metil 2-(orto-((2,5-dimetilfeniloksimetilen)fenil)-3-metoksiakrilat, pikoksistrobin, trifloksistrobin, enestroburin, orisastrobin, metominostrobin, azoksistrobin i fluoksastrobin.
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je spoj formule I izabran iz grupe koju čine azoksistrobin, piraklostrobin i pikoksistrobin.
9. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je spoj formule I - piraklostrobin.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se primjena aktivnog spoja izvodi u toku prvih šest tjedana vegetacijskog perioda biljaka ili poslije nicanja biljaka.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se ponavljana primjena aktivnog spoja izvodi svakih 10 do 20 dana.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se dvije do deset primjena aktivnog spoja izvodi tokom jedne sezone.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se on izvodi kao folijarna primjena.
