Postupak za kontinuiranu pripremu dijela materijala za sanaciju cjevovoda (45) koji ima integralni unutarnji nepropusni sloj (38) naznačen time da se sastoji od: osiguravanja u cijeloj duljini smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala (37) koji ima nepropusni sloj (38) učvršćen za jednu plohu; dovođenja cijelom duljinom smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala (37) u jednom smjeru (A) i oblikovanje cijelom duljinom materijala u oblik cijevi (45) koja ima nepropusni sloj (38) na vanjskoj strani; međusobnog spajanja uzdužnih rubova u cijeloj duljini smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala (37) radi oblikovanja cjevastog elementa; brtvljenja spojenih uzdužnih rubova cjevastog elementa (45); izvrtanja cjevastog elementa (45) u sebe u drugom smjeru (B) tako da je vanjski sloj (45) smolasti impregnirajući materijal; ikontinuiranog uklanjanja cjevastog elementa (45) s integralnim nepropusnim slojem (38) s unutarnje strane. Patent sadrži još 32 patentna zahtjeva.

Claims (33)

1. Postupak za kontinuiranu pripremu dijela materijala za sanaciju cjevovoda (45) koji ima integralni unutarnji nepropusni sloj (38) naznačen time da se sastoji od: osiguravanja u cijeloj duljini smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala (37) koji ima nepropusni sloj (38) učvršćen za jednu plohu; dovođenja cijelom duljinom smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala (37) u jednom smjeru (A) i oblikovanje cijelom duljinom materijala u oblik cijevi (45) koja ima nepropusni sloj (38) na vanjskoj strani; međusobnog spajanja uzdužnih rubova u cijeloj duljini smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala (37) radi oblikovanja cjevastog elementa; brtvljenja spojenih uzdužnih rubova cjevastog elementa (45); izvrtanja cjevastog elementa (45) u sebe u drugom smjeru (B) tako da je vanjski sloj (45) smolasti impregnirajući materijal; i kontinuiranog uklanjanja cjevastog elementa (45) s integralnim nepropusnim slojem (38) s unutarnje strane.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da uključuje slijedeće korake: osiguravanje dobave u osnovi ravnog nepropusnog filma (66); postavljanja nepropusnog filma (66) oko cjevastog elementa (45), i brtvljenja nepropusnog filma (66) u cjevasti omotač oko prvog cjevastog elementa  (45).
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da uključuje korak impregnacije cjevastog elementa (45) prije omatanja sa nepropusnim filmom (66).
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da uključuje korak impregnacije smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala prolazom cjevastog elementa kroz kupku sa smolom (53) radi impregnacije smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala sa smolom.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da se nepropusni film (66) uvodi u istome smjeru kao i unutarnji cjevasti element (45) koji izlazi iz kupke sa smolom radi omatanja cjevastog elementa i brtvljenja nepropusnog filma.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da uključuje korake: osiguravanja dobave u osnovi ravnog nepropusnog filma (66); omatanja impregnirajućeg cjevastog elementa (45) sa unutarnjim nepropusnim slojem sa nepropusnim filmom (66); i brtvljenja nepropusnog filma (66) u cjevasti omotač oko smolastog impregnirajućeg cjevastog elementa (45).
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da nadalje uključuje korake: osiguravanja barem jednog dodatnog dijela impregnirajućeg smolastog materijala; omatanja dodatnog impregnirajućeg smolastog materijala oko cjevastog elementa od impregnirajućeg materijala (45) sa nepropusnim slojem (38) sa vanjske strane; i spajanja dodatnog impregnirajućeg smolastog materijala u cijev oko prvog cjevastog elementa sa nepropusnim slojem sa vanjske strane.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da uključuje korake: osiguravanja dobave u osnovi ravnog nepropusnog filma (66); omatanja cjevastog elementa (45) sa unutarnjim nepropusnim slojem sa nepropusnim filmom (66); i brtvljenja nepropusnog filma (66) u cjevasti omotač oko impregnirajućeg smolastog cjevastog elementa (45).
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da uključuje korak impregnacije cjevastog elementa (45) prije omatanja sa nepropusnim filmom (66).
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da uključuje korak impregnacije smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala prolazom cjevastog elementa (45) kroz kupku sa smolom radi impregnacije smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala sa smolom.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da se nepropusni film (66) uvodi u istome smjeru kao i unutarnji cjevasti element (45) koji izlazi iz kupke sa smolom radi omatanja cjevastog elementa (45) i brtvljenja nepropusnog filma (66).
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da se nepropusni film (66) uvodi u istome smjeru kao i unutarnji cjevasti element (45) koji izlazi iz kupke sa smolom (53) radi omatanja impregnirajućeg cjevastog elementa (45) i brtvljenja nepropusnog filma.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, zahtjevu 5 ili zahtjevu 11, naznačen time da se vanjski nepropusni film (66) brtvi pomoću topline i pritiska pomoću brtvila za spajanje rubova.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se prva duljina smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala oblikuje u cjevastom elementu pomoću spajanja šavovima uzdužnih rubova smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala i nepropusnog sloja.
15. Postupak prema zahtjevu 14, naznačen time da se šavovi spajaju uz postavljanje trake od nepropusnog materijala preko uzdužnih rubova.
16. Kontinuirani materijal za sanaciju ukopanog cjevovoda (21) koji ima barem jedan sloj smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala (23) i nepropusni (22) sloj koji je povezan sa njim, sastoji se od materijala koji je oblikovan pomoću dugog smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala (23) koji ima nepropusni sloj (22) povezan sa jednom površinom, koji oblikuje cijev sa nepropusnim slojem (22) sa vanjske strane, naznačen time da su uzdužni rubovi cijelom duljinom materijala spojeni zajedno i zabrtvljeni da tvore cjevasti element koji je izvrnut tako da je vanjski sloj materijala za sanaciju, smolasti impregnirajući materijal (23).
17. Materijal za sanaciju prema zahtjevu 16, naznačen time da uključuje barem jedan dodatni sloj smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala oko sloja smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala (23).
18. Materijal za sanaciju prema zahtjevu 16 ili 17, naznačen time da je cjevasti element impregniran sa smolom.
19. Materijal za sanaciju prema zahtjevu 16 do 18, naznačen time da se dužina smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala (23) oblikuje u cjevastim elementima pomoću spajanja uzdužnih rubova šavovima.
20. Materijal za sanaciju prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 16 do 19, naznačen time da se cjevasti element brtvi postavljanjem trake od nepropusnog materijala preko uzdužnih rubova.
21. Materijal za sanaciju prema zahtjevu 16 do 20, naznačen time da nadalje uključuje sloj nepropusnog materijala oko impregnirajućeg cjevastog elementa.
22. Materijal za sanaciju prema zahtjevu 21, naznačen time da je sloj nepropusnog materijala omotan oko impregnirajućeg cjevastog elementa.
23. Materijal za sanaciju prema zahtjevu 22, naznačen time da je sloj omotača od nepropusnog materijala koji je omotan oko impregnirajućeg cjevastog elementa, zabrtvljen.
24. Materijal za sanaciju prema zahtjevu 22, naznačen time da je sloj omotača od nepropusnog materijala koji je omotan oko impregnirajućeg cjevastog elementa, rubno zabrtvljen.
25. Uređaj za pripremu kontinuirane duljine materijala za sanaciju ukopanog cjevovoda koji ima sloj smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala i nepropusni sloj koji je pričvršćen na njega, naznačen time da se sastoji od: sklopa za oblikovanje cijevi (41) koji ima cjevasti dio (42) sa otvorenim proksimalnim krajem i otvorenim distalnim krajem; naprave za spajanje (43) za povezivanje uzdužnih rubova cjevastog elementa oko cjevastog dijela (42) sklopa za oblikovanje cijevi (41) naprave za brtvljenje (47) za brtvljenje spojenih uzdužnih rubova cjevastog elementa; i pogonske naprave za povlačenje zabrtvljenog cjevastog elementa od proksimalnog kraja cjevastog dijela (42) nakon što se preokrene oko distalnog kraja (42b) cjevastog dijela radi kontinuiranog uklanjanja cjevastog elementa iz otvorenog proksimalnog kraja (42a) cjevastog dijela (42) sa nepropusnim slojem na unutarnjoj strani.

32. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 25, naznačen time da nadalje uključuje dobavni dio za pohranjivanje smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala.
33. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 32, naznačen time da dobavni dio uključuje kalem za pridržavanje smolastog impregnirajućeg materijala.
