Abstract

Η μέθοδος χαρακτηρίζεται εκ του ότι δια καύσεως πετρελαίου θερμάνσεως ή αερίου θερμάνσεως παράγονται συγχρόνως ακτινοβολουμένη θερμότητα και θερμός αέρας, η ακτινοβολουμένη θερμότητα ενεργεί επί της υγρής ιλύος διαύγασης υπό μηχανική προώθηση και συγχρόνως η ιλύς διαύγασης φέρεται σε έμμεση ανταλλαγή θερμότητας με τον παραγόμενο θερμό αέρα και οι αναπτυσσόμενες από την ιλύ διαύγασης αναθυμιάσεις αφαιρούνται από το χώρο πάνω από την ιλύ διαύγασης και συμπυκνώνονται. Η μηχανική διάταξη χαρακτηρίζεται από πολλούς ακτινοβολητές θερμότητας (1), που είναι διατεταγμένοι παραπλεύρως μεταξύ τους, με ανά ένα θερμοεναλλάκτη (7,8) για τη θέρμανση του αέρα μέσω των θερμών αερίων καύσης, από ανοικτά μέσα προώθησης ιλύος διαύγασης που είναι διατεταγμένα σε ένα θάλαμο ξήρανσης (11) κάτω από τις επιφάνειες ακτινοβολίας θερμότητας των ακτινοβολητών (1), των οποίων η διαδρομή προώθησης εκτείνεται ουσιαστικά από το ένα μέχρι το άλλο άκρο της περιοχής ακτινοβολίας των ακτινοβολητών θερμότητας (1) και τα οποία είναι διευθετιμένα για την έμμεσο θέρμανση με θερμό αέρα, και από ένα συμπυκνωτή (18), που είναι συνδεδεμένος κατά τη ροή στο θάλαμο ξήρανσης (11). Δεν προκύπτει κανένα αποβαλλόμενο αέριο φορτισμένο με επιβλαβείς ουσίες και κανένα συμπύκνωμα περιεκτικό σε επιβλαβείς ουσίες. Η ιλύς διαύγασης μπορεί να ξηρανθεί μέχρι μία περιεκτικότητα σε στερεές ουσίες μεγαλύτερη από 98% κατά βάρος. (ΑΠΕΙΚ. 4).ω
