971,505. Valves. CONSULTAIR Ltd. May 26, 1961 [May 27, 1960], No. 18811/60. Heading F2V. A pneumatic control valve has an annular valve seat 3 in a bore between an inlet port 4 in a bore part 2b and a cylinder port 5 in a bore part 2a, and a valve element 6 spring-loaded at 12 alternatively engaging the seat 3 or the end of a tubular member 10 opening to atmosphere and yieldable against spring 15. Valve 6 is operable by manual push-button, a lever or cam, or by a piston, the top of the valve casing 1 being shaped to receive a correspondingly shaped channelled block 19 carrying the required operating element, the block being secured by bolts at 26 to the valve casing.
