Abstract

[Also in Division A4] A baby's or adult's protective pants are made partially or wholly of waterproof material, e.g. polythene, and is provided with an outlet 6 to a chamber 14 or a false front of the garment. A triangular, oval or circular resilient apertured member 7, 11 conforming to the shape of the urinary organ of the wearer is held in place on the inner side of the garment by means of straps 8 from the waist and carries a threaded neck 6 for union with the chamber 14. Rear straps 8 carry a detachable flap 20 for holding toilet paper &c. to absorb excreta. A net insert 3 may be provided to ventilate the garment and a non-return valve may be provided in the outlet 6.
