Abstract

A sanitary garment to be worn by a young child is of a trouser-like design, with panels of material to fit round the child's waist, separated by openings which are secured by press button, and with a hole each side of the legs, and with an opening in the region between the legs formed by a circular collar intended to fit into a chamber pot housed in e.g. a wheel-chair or high chair. In a second design, which is deeper, the front of the garment carries stomach panel, which terminates at the leg openings, and its base portion supports the front of the collar. In a third design the leg openings are not complete at the bottom, and instead support the collar.
