Abstract

A bed mate comprising a pair of cotton briefs with an elasticated waist band, legs and front opening which cooperates with a semi rigid latex insert disc attached to a tube and latex urine container. Preferably the container is flat and may be detached and changed without removing the briefs. The device may be useful for people suffering bladder weakness or for use during travelling.

Description

Bed Mate.
The Bed Mate' is a device, which would be of benefit to adult/young males who suffer from involuntary bladder control. Such people and their carers would find the Bed Mate' very helpful, and cost effective, regarding laundering, bathing, furniture cleansing and general care of the patient.
The device is easy to fit, and the urine vessel can be easily changed without undressing, by detaching the urine tube and vessel from the briefs when required.
The Bed Mate' would also be of benefit to anybody with recurrent urinary weakness, needing occasional discretion, for example, when holidaying, travelling distances or any other time of insecurity. V *
