957,681. Combined tables and seats; nesting furniture. K. H. WILSON. Oct. 12, 1960, No. 35016/60. Headings A4H and A4W. A combined table and bench seat has a table top 21 pivotally supported by uprights 13 of side frames 12 and by links 27 pivoted thereto, a seat 28 pivoted to an inverted U-shaped cross member 18 and to a similar shaped leg structure 30 which is connected to ends 19 of member 18 by links 33 so that the structure can fold upwardly and their device being nestable when folded. The upper end of member 13 carries a pin 26 movable in a slot 24 in a cross piece 23 of the mounting frame of top 21, an enlarged end 25 to the slot 24 providing locking for the upright position. A kneeler 39 is pivotally connected to a U-shaped arm 36 having ends 37 pivoted to members 19 so as to be foldable upwardly.
