951,244. Cooking vessels. D. ANDERSON, and D. HEALY. Sept. 21, 1960 [Sept. 24, 1959], No. 32566/59. Heading A4A. A saucepan or similar utensil comprises an inner vessel 10 and an outer vessel 11 connected together to provide a water space between them. The inner vessel 10 has an outward flange 13 around its top attached to the top of the outer vessel 11 to close the water space except at a filling orifice 15 having a funnel-like extension 16 for a whistle 17. The inner vessel also has a pouring lip 18. The vessels may be of the same or of different materials, e.g. brass, copper, or aluminium, and may be secured together by soldering.
