[Class 66] [Also in Group XVIII] A steam-pressure cooking-vessel 1 with a resiliently retained lid 2 (see Group XVIII) is provided with a removable perforated tray 32 with a flange 33 around its lower edge to prevent foodstuff in the tray from being immersed in water. The handles of the vessel may be secured between the upper ends of arms 20 forming parts of sheet metal brackets 16 in which engage the ends of the yoke 14 by which the lid 2 is held in position.
