305,565. Histon, F. G. Nov. 8, 1927. Heating and cooking vessels; steamers. - A combination cooking vessel especially adapted for steaming or braising but adaptable for other operations, comprises an outer pan a, an inner pan b formed with a downwardly sloping perforated flange b<4> connected by a vertical portion to an upwardly sloping flange b<1> adapted to rest on the edge of the outer vessel, a wire basket c, and a domed cover d adapted either to rest on the flange of the inner pan, as shown, or to rest directly by means of the shoulder d<4> on the outer pan when the inner pan is removed. The cover is fitted with a regulating valve d<2>.
