Abstract

Heating and coaking vessels; baking and bike tins or pans.-A casserole c and a deep baking mould i are arranged to fit together in such a manner that either may be in use for cooking, supported on a suitable base a, the vessel not in use serving as a cover. Each vessel has a central flue adapted to take over the central passage b of the base, and the casserole has an outwardlydirected ledge e on which for instance a cake tin f provided with a, perforated flange, or a grid, may be supported. Above the ledge is a cylindrical part g, formed with slots h, in which part the cylindrical part k of the vessel i engages, the flange l resting on the upper edge of the part g. The part k has slots which can be made to register with the, slots h. The escape of the heating gases from the vessels can be checked by applying a suitable cover or cap to the central passage of the vessel which is uppermost.
