Abstract

195,575. Nettleship, T. Dec. 6, 1922. Jackets. - A kettle, saucepan, or like vessel having a projecting rib 6 is provided with a jacket 7 formed with a scalloped upper edge, the projecting parts 11 being soldered to the rib. The jacket is so fashioned as to provide a tapering heating chamber between itself and the wall of the vessel. Spacing members may be provided, and the lower edge of the jacket may be perforated.
