Abstract

908,482. Spouts for kettles. MIRROWARE CO. Ltd. June 4, 1959 [March 4, 1958], No. 6963/58, Class 66. [Also in Group XXII] A spout 1 for a kettle or other utensil is formed from cast aluminium and has a tubular part 2 formed, adjacent its enlarged end, with a flange 3, said tubular part being oblong or other non- round shape in crosssection and adapted to be inserted into a corresponding opening in the wall 4 of the kettle and to be flanged over on the interior of the utensil so as to co-operate with the flange 3 to secure the spout in position. A mouth 9 is provided in the top wall 8 of the spout.
