Abstract

A heat-resistant alloy has the following percentage composition by weight: .W.1 -12 .Si.0.1- 7 .Cr.(not less than 85) the balance Impurities should not exceed 0.5% and the alloy may contain up to 7% in total of one or more of Ti, Nb or Mo. The alloy may be solution treated at 1200-1600 DEG C. and aged at 900-1200 DEG C.
