904,205. Printing-machines. PERSHKE Ltd., FRANK, F., and MCCARTHY, R. J. Aug. 7, 1959 [Aug. 8, 1958], No. 25513/58. Class 100 (2). In a cylinder printing machine having a cylinder mounted in eccentric bearings, means are provided for adjusting the position of the cylinder axis in relation to the type face. As shown, a cylinder bearing 10 has a flange 11 pivoted to a rod 13 by a pin 14. The opposite end of the rod 13 is pivoted to an arm 15 pivoted on a pin 17. The arm 15 is actuated by a lever 18 to adjust the position of the cylinder. A stop 19 on the flange 11 cooperates with an adjustable stop 20 on the machine frame E to determine the printing position of the cylinder, not shown. An adjustable stop 22 carried by the arm 15 is engaged by the rod 13.
