[Also in Group XXV] An adjustable assembly for an electrical impedance comprises an internally and externally threaded metal member 12, secured to a panel P by a nut 26, an insulating sleeve 32 secured to the member 12 at 28 and carrying a coil 16, and a metal screw 14 carrying a core 18 at one end, and having flats 36 at the other end for adjusting the screw axially relative to the member 12. The member 12 is split by slots 38, to form elastic fingers 40, which are clamped on to the screw by a split spring ring 42.
