Classes 100(1) and 100(2) An improvement in the printing machine according to the parent Specification comprises an oscillating feed lever 32 for feeding a web of labels or the like, a pair of sliding plates 70 carrying the pivot 39 of the feed members 38 arranged telescopically on the lever 32, and a guide cam 77 to control the sliding movements of the plate 70 on the feed lever 32 as the latter oscillates. The guide cam 77 is engaged by rollers 76 carried by the plates 70 which are urged downwardly by springs, The top surface of cam 77 may be parallel to the machine bed or may be inclined or curved. Interchangeable cams 77 may be provided.
