Abstract
873,649. Tiering frames for pallets. ARROW. HEAD PRODUCTS Inc. Sept. 17, 1958 [Sept. 28. 1957; Dec. 31, 1957], Nos. 30450/57 and 40358/57. Class 78 (4). A frame for supporting a stack of pallets over a bottom pallet from which articles are to be removed is formed of two separable elements 1, 11 (Fig. 1) each having vertical posts 2, 3 joined by upper members 5. The construction of Fig. 1 employs two elements as shown in Fig. 5 joined by pins 10 taking into holes 9 in the upper members 5 and by pins 16 taking into holes 15 in the side members 11. With this arrangement the bottom pallet rests on the floor. In the alternative construction of Fig. 6 which is formed of elements as shown in Fig. 9 the bottom pallet rests on members 28 and can be removed from any of four directions. Feet 33 space this construction from the ground.
