849,442. Wire terminals; two-part couplings. PLESSEY CO. Ltd. May 17,1957 [July 25, 1956], No. 22951/56. Class 38(1) A conductor i is secured to a terminal comprising a ferrule j and connector lug k by slipping the ferrule over the conductor, inserting the recessed spike l into the conductor strands and crimping the ferrule round the conductor end. A stepped connector lug is also described (Fig. 3, not shown) as is a connector lug in the form of a plug pin (Fig. 4, not shown).
