831,365. Mincers. FRIESS, R. Feb. 18, 1958 [Feb. 20, 1957; Aug. 2, 1957; Aug. 6, 1957], No. 5227/58. Class 28 (2). The rotating cutters 6 of a mincer, sweeping over a fixed perforated disc 9 are provided with coarse and fine cutting edges, and are adjusted by a nut 7 through plate springs 11 the cut meat being swept to an outlet 16 by an ejector 13. The springs 11 are located between the cutter and the ejector. The perforated disc 9 has a superposed thin perforated disc 10 with smaller perforations.
