869,142. Crushing machines. BRUNDLER A. G. Oct. 31, 1957 [Oct. 31, 1956], No. 34072/57. Class 59 [Also in Group VI] Meat, bacon, sinews skin &c. is cut up and finally ground in a single machine, the rough cutting being done by rotating knives 33 against fixed ribs 35 the second cutting by a knife 28 against a perforated plate 27 and the fine grinding by a milling ring 17 against a head 18, the material being slung out by a rotated plate 45 and then falling through an outlet. The various co-operating, cutters are adjustable by handwheel and worm. All the cutters and the grinder are rotated by the spindle of a single motor 2 in the base. The hopper is provided with a choking back device 49.
