[Class 5(i)] [Also in Group VI] A rotatable cutting head for a chopping, mincing, mixing &c. machine comprises a plurality of multibladed knives 1, 2, 3 removably mounted on a shaft 4, the cutting blades or wings 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b of said knives all being arranged in different inclined planes and the cutting edges thereof being concavely curved. The blades may be of the cross-section shown in Fig. 8, and the blades of adjacent knives are preferably angularly disposed at right angles.
