Classes 7(2) and 7(6) Admission cf combustible mixture to the crankcase is controlled by one or two crank discs 3 peripherally recessed over all or part of their width to coact with a double or single inlet port 1, sealing being ensured by the film of oil on the crankcase wall. The crank disc recesses deflect oil in the incoming mixture towards the corresponding engine piston. Single-cyclinder and two-cylinder engines are described.
