Classes 20(3) and 20(4) A frame for the reception of glass sheets or wall panels is of channel section one limb 2 being longer than the other 3 and faced with a resilient material 5, preferably natural rubber but possibly synthetic rubber or resin, the glass being held in position by a glazing strip 6 which may be rebated as shown to prevent the glass resting on the channel web. The frame is arranged so that the limb 2 is on the outside of the window, permitting glazing from the interior of a building. A glazing bar is of similar construction, symmetric about the channel web. For double glazing a groove for the reception of the second glass sheet is made in the glazing strip which may be slit longitudinally along the base of the groove.
