816,035. Reciprocating pumps. LADENDORF, K. Sept. 13, 1957 [Sept. 14, 1956], No. 28903/57. Class 102(1) [Also in Group XVIII] A bucket pump 15 is fitted within a liquid container 10 and is operated hydraulically or pneumatically to deliver liquid to a measuring device 12 (see Group XVIII). The spring- loaded actuating piston 29 is fitted with a loose diaphragm seal 33 and pressure is supplied to it through a valve V which is controlled manually or by a timer 39. The delivery of the pump for each stroke is several times that of the volume of one of the measuring chambers 51 and 52 of the device 12.
