Abstract

777,205. Endless chain conveyers. MIKROVAERK AKTIESELSKAB. Nov. 22, 1955 [Nov. 25, 1954], No. 33442/55. Class 78 (1). Mould plates 3 are carried removably between a pair of endless conveyer chains 1, 2 by means of pin and slot connections with the links of the chains, and guide rails 10 are provided to support the plates in inverted position on the lower run of the chains. Slots 7 are preferably formed in inner links 8 and face upwards on the upper run to engage pins 6 on the plates 3, lateral movement of the plates being prevented by engagement of the outer links 9 with the ends of the pins. The rails 10 engage the pins 6 on the lower run to prevent disengagement from the chain links 8 which then act as pushers. Alternatively, downwardly facing recesses may be provided in the vertical sides of the mould plates facing the chains for engagement with pins secured.to the chains 1, 2.
