Abstract

768,933. Rotary pumps and motors. NUBLING, O. May 13, 1955 [May 15, 1954], No. 13924/55. Class 110 (2). A pump or motor of the n and n+ 1 lobe type is provided with a control valve 11 having oil circulation passages 12, 13 and spring-loaded pistons 22, 26 in communication with the valve passages 12, 13 respectively for balancing the pre-compression on the suction side and the pump pressure. The gear 3 is bolted to end plates 4, 5 and the gear 2 is formed integral with a driving shaft 1 which also drives a gear pump 34 for filling purposes through gears 31, 32, 33, the pumps 3, 4 feeding oil through a channel 36 into the passage 12. The valve is controlled by a lever 14 and is provided with a cross channel 19 (see also Fig. 2, not shown). An overflow valve 37 is provided in the gear pump circuit, as shown.
