768,514. Sheet - delivery apparatus. SALOMON, J. April 14, 1955, No. 10840/55. Class 100(1) Receives:-A sheet jogging devise wherein the jogging plates are reciprocated horizontally has one of the jogger plates 3 formed with a flap portion 6 hinged about a horizontal axis 7 and inclined towards the pile 2 so that as the pile height is increased the portion 6 is rotated to vertical position as the plate 3 strikes the pile so as to actuate a micro switch 13 which operates a pile lowering device. The plate 3 is reciprocated in a guide 4 and the axis 7 is eccentrically mounted so that the position of flap 6 may be adjusted The flap 6 is formed with lugs 10 opposite one of which is located the plunger 14 of the micro switch 13, the latter being adjustably secured to a bracket 12. A spring 18 is provided to urge the flap 6 towards pile contacting position.
