763,087. Cable terminals and couplings. SHRUBSALL, G. W. G. April 15, 1955 [Jan. 21, 1954], No. 1865/54. Class 38 (1). A battery connector comprising a tapered socket 4 apertured at its closed end for the passage of a screw 6, by means of which the connector is attached to a terminal post, has a washer 9 of fibrous material provided at the inner end of the socket and impregnated with corrosion-resistant material. The washer may be made of felt or fibrous conducting material.
