752,924. Fuel-injection pumps. SATZGER, E. March 26, 1954 [April 7, 1953], No. 8877/54. Class 102(1). The piston 6 of a fuel -injection pump is actuated by a cam 3 through a follower 5, the return stroke being effected by a spring 14. A sleeve 15 has a flange 16 engaged by the spring 14 and abuts a shoulder on a supporting cap 7 that has claws 10 engaging the head of the piston. Alternatively the sleeve 15 and the supporting cap 7 may be united by pressing.
