725,893. Continuous casting-machines. EISENWERKE GELSENKIRCHEN AKT.-GES. June 30, 1953 [June 30, 1952], No. 18119/53. Class 83 (1). Lubricating-apparatus for a continuous-casting-machine moves relative to the mould and discharges lubricant on to the forming surfaces of the mould so as to provide a continuous film of lubricant thereon. Metal is poured into the annular space 3 from a rotary pourer 4 which is mounted on a bearing 9. The bearing carries tubes 10, 11 with apertures 12, 13 for guiding lubricant to the inner wall of the mould 1 or the outer surface of the core 2.
