Abstract

725,559. Spray-producers. GERBER, G. Jan. 14, 1953 [Jan. 14, 1952], No. 1163/53. Class 69 (3). A rotary body comprising discs 13, 15 with vertical blades 14 and a tubular nozzle 16 is contained within a liquid receptacle 7, and is driven by an electric motor 1 within a casing 2. The receptacle and casing are supported by a plate 4, and during operation liquid is drawn up by suction through the nozzle 16 to the space between the discs and is atomised. Air is drawn downwardly into the receptacle through the casing 2 and holes 11 and carries off the atomised liquid through an outlet 10.
