467,742. Delivering measured quantities of liquids. WARE, H. M., and WARE & CO., Ltd., H. M. Jan. 15, 1936, Nos. 1284 and 7470. [Class 106 (v)] Apparatus for delivering measured quantities of liquids comprises a casing a with inlet and outlet ports h, i enclosing a rotatable member' divided into axially spaced pairs A and B of measuring compartments and made up of two hollow and substantially semi-cylindrical elements b and c so that it can readily be dismantled for cleaning or other purposes. The semi-cylindrical elements are separated by a plate d and resilient packing strips f serve to seal the compartments and urge the parts outwardly into contact with the inner surface of the casing. Air vent openings p, q may be provided and as shown may be arranged so that at the beginning of the discharge of a compartment air is admitted to only a relatively small surface of the liquid.
