716,000. Valve bags. HUS, S. July 30, 1952 [June 5, 1952], No. 19208/52. Class 94 (2) A valve bag is formed frorr a tubular blank of paper which may be multi-ply, the end of the tube being foldec in the usual manner to form a cross-bottom as in Fig. 5. A tubular valve lining 14 is ther secured to the triangular flap 8 and the adjoining portion o the flaps 10, and the flaps 10 folded over to complete the bottom, Fig. 9. The bottom is finally secured by means of staples 15, 16, and 17, the staples 16 also securing the valve lining 14.
