713,967. Body harness. SQUARCIONI, J. G. Nov. 9, 1951 [Nov. 30, 1950], No. 26303/51. Class 141 A luggage-carrying harness comprises an adjustable strap adapted to bear on the user's shoulders at the back of the neck, the ends being formed into loops to pass beneath the armpits and fixed to the shoulder portions of the strap at 5, and two adjustable suspension members 7 attached to the loops and having means, e.g. hooks 9 to engage the luggage. The strap portions 1, 2, may be separable and adjusted by means of a buckle 3. The looped portion of the straps may carry metal loops 4, 6 supporting the suspension members 7 which may be in the form of chains with hooks 8, 9 at each end or adjustable straps. Alternatively, the looped portions may be formed with rolled portions having flexible cores to support the suspension members.
