The use of-a shoulder bag, maker. the. user's shoulder ache and it's constantly necessary to swap the bag from shoulder to shoulder to bring relief, plus it's Inclined to slip off theshoulder frequently.
According to this present invention these, problems are eliminated, plus other advantages come into play.

The harness (Figure I and 2 show general views:of the harness) ensures that the weight of the goods to be carried is evenly distributed over the shoulders by means of the moulded shoulder pads- in epaulette type style (z)(Fig.3) and-the stabilising strap (102) around the shoulders and chest that-attaches to the main carrier straps (101) for extra hold. An optional anchoring belt (103) Boy be included to aid control.and to prevent bags from swinging. An optional vertical strap (see Figure 6) may be attached at the back between 102 and 103 for further security. A detachable pouch purse (x)(Fig.5) may also be provided and fitted to the anchor belt (103) along with a self-velcro fastening loop (y)to house an umbrella if required. The.shopping bags or other goods to be carried are attached to the ends of the adjustable carrier straps by a variety of techniques including large plastic clips (for example large dog lead clip style).
The advantages of The Adjustable Carrier Harness are first and.foremost ease and comfort and convenience of carrying goods - hands.free and easily detachable, bot it's still possible to sit with goods still attached, therefore a thief deterrent and a memory Jogger. It helps with deportment. It's stylish and fashionable; I ADJUSTABLE CARRIER HARNESS continued A specific embodiment of the invention.will be described by way of a nonlimiting example with reference to the accompanying drawing in which:- Fig. 1 shows in perspective, the front view of the harness in position Fig. 2 shows in perspective, the back-view of the harness in position Fig. 3 shows the main adjustable carrier straps with moulded shoulder pads (epaulette style) and central-adjustable comfort pad for back of neck (in plastic or rubber material) Fig. 4 shows.the adjustable stabiliser strap which fits around the chest and back Fig. 5 shows the adjustable optional anchor belt Fig. 6 shows the optional extra back strap connector Referring to the drawing the harness comprises four seperate parts, fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6. In order to fit the harness for the first time utilise the adjusters (A) on the main carrier straps Fig. 3 and adjust the shoulder pads M by sliding then along their.runners along.the main carrier strap to fit shoulders snugly. Now adjust central, comfort pad M.
Next, in order to fit the stabiliser strap, Fig. 4 thread it through the runners on the main carrier strap M Fig. 3 and adjust length with adjuster (A) Fig. 4 and clip the easy-release fastener (H) Fig. 4.
Then in orderito fit the adjustable optional anchor belt Fig. 5 utilise adjuster (A) Fig. 5 to fit snugly on either waist or hips (hips are recommended for better control - it looks good too) then fasten with front easy-release clasp (B) Fig. 5 (possibly on the lines of a flight safety belt clasp). The D shaped rings of the anchor belt (C) Fig. 5 are then attached by links (as in key rings,) (D) Fig. 5 to the runners an the main carrier strap (D) Fig. 3.
If required, in order to fit the adjustable back strap connector, Fig. 6 Just attach with dog-lead type clips (H) Fig. 6 to back of adjustable stabiliser strap ring Fig 4 (G) and then after utilising adjuster (A) Fig. 6 then connect with other (H) clip Fig. 6 to the anchor belt ring Fig 5 (G).
Now just use the clips on the main carrier straps Fig. 3 (C) to hold your bags To remove the harness after use, Just simply unclip the anchor belt fastener clasp (B) Fig. 5 and the stabiliser strap clip Fig. 6 (H) and the harness may now be simply removed. For further use, after the initial fitting and adjustments, Just simply put the harmness on as it is and fasten the clips.
